PURPOSE: A temperature control apparatus and temperature control performance test apparatus is provided to achieve an in-advance prevention against erroneous operation of air conditioner cause due to the noise generated by turning on/off the grounding of temperature control amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a first switching unit(38) which switches on/off when a blower switch(58) is turned on, so as to supply power from an external source; a temperature control amplifier(50) for outputting a control signal for driving a compressor(56) in accordance with the signal output from a temperature sensor(48); a second switching unit(40) which switches by the power supplied through the first switching unit, and outputs a switching signal according to the on operation of the blower switch; an electronic control unit(52) for driving the compressor by the control signal output from the temperature control amplifier and switching signal output from the second switching unit; a third switching unit(42) which switches by the control signal output from the temperature control amplifier and supplies a predetermined power for displaying operation of the compressor; and a display unit for displaying operation of the air conditioner by the power supplied through the first switching unit, and displaying operation of the compressor by the power supplied through the third switching unit.
