PURPOSE: A wireless video transmitter is provided to let a manager of a monitoring system watch a clean picture via a television receiver or a monitor by transmitting signals employing a frequency band of a satellite even if a wireless transmitter is installed in a place where temperature change is excessive. CONSTITUTION: A wireless video transmitter has a reference frequency oscillating circuit(80) for oscillating a specific oscillation frequency and providing the oscillation frequency as a reference oscillation frequency of a PLL(Phase Locked Loop) circuit(70) and a control unit(90). The reference frequency oscillating circuit has a high temperature compensating characteristic. The reference frequency oscillating circuit comprises a crystal oscillator for temperature compensation and a dividing for dividing the oscillation signal generated from the crystal oscillator by a specific frequency.
