SMALL REFRIGERATOR, FREEZER AND FOOD WARMING DEVICE USING PELTIER EFFECT

PURPOSE: A small refrigerator, freezer and food warming device using peltier effect is provided to reduce the size and noise of the refrigerator, while preventing environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A current flows through an n-type semiconductor(2), a metallic rod(1), a p-type semiconductor(3) and a heat sink(4), to thereby obtain a cooling effect. A small refrigerator with a reduced noise is manufactured by utilizing a peltier effect produced from an emission and absorption of the heat occurring while the current flows through the different materials bonded each other.
