PURPOSE: A beating medium tissue culture method and beating medium tissue culture system are provided, thereby culturing tissues under human body-like conditions. CONSTITUTION: The beating medium tissue culture system consists of a culturing vessel, slide meshes which are mounted within a culturing vessel in a certain slope, have medium-flowing plates and medium passages, wherein the medium passages have medium-providing hoppers, and a medium-providing nozzle, in which the slope of the slide meshes is 40 to 80 degree. The tissue is cultured by placing the tissue on the slide mesh under air condition of 95% O2 and 5% CO2; and providing medium through the medium-providing hoppers.
