PURPOSE: A method of purchasing and selling securities through the Internet is provided to reduce distribution margin by allowing people to purchase or sell the securities through the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The method of purchasing and selling securities through the Internet includes the step of allowing a user terminal to be connected with a securities purchasing and selling site(S1). The user performs a log-in process by inputting his ID and password(S2). When the user selects a mode of selling securities, a form is provided to the user terminal, in which the user inputs information of securities(S4). It is determined whether the selling securities are purchased(S5). When the selling securities are purchased, the fact is informed to the user(S6,S7,S8). When the securities are not purchased, the fact is informed to the user(S9).
