A full dull polyester yarn and a process of preparing for the same

PURPOSE: A process of preparing a matt polyester fiber at a high wind-up speed by effectively retarding crystallinity that suddenly increases during spinning is provided, which improves productivity, effectively prevents degradation of quality of a yarn and improves spinning workability. CONSTITUTION: The titled polyester fiber is prepared by melt spinning of a polyester polymer containing 0.5% by weight or more of titanium dioxide, wherein 0.5 to 5.0% by weight of an orientation inhibitor is uniformly mixed with the above polyester in a molten state, spun and winded up with a ceramic guide of a hardness of 2,500 or more at a speed of 4,500m/min or more. The glass temperature of the orientation inhibitor is 100deg.C or more.
