PURPOSE: A real-time interactive auction system using an instant messenger program and a readable recording media in which the program is recorded are provided to increase the convenience of a client by enabling the client to register articles through auction using an instant messenger program without the need for connecting to a businessman's homepage, and by enabling the client to participate in the auction in real time through the program. CONSTITUTION: A businessman(40) is connected to a plurality of client(10a¯10n) through the Internet(30) and an instant messenger program(20). In case that the clients(10a¯10n) connects to a server of the businessman(40) through the Internet(30) and become members, the businessman(40) transmits the instant messenger program(20) through the Internet(30). In addition, the businessman(40) stores personal information provided from the clients(10a¯10n) in a member information database(50) and an auction information database(60). In case that the clients(10a¯10n) ask for an auction through a real-time auction function of the messenger program(20), the businessman(40) opens an auction market. In case that the auction begins, the clients(10a¯10n) participate in the auction without the need for connecting to a homepage of a user(40). In case that the auction closes, the businessman(40) stores information on successful bids and so on in the auction information database(60).
