PURPOSE: A settlement method is provided to process complicated procedures and documents in a bundle by constructing the network with an electric commerce service provider and a credit organization. CONSTITUTION: An EC service provider concludes various contracts necessary for a business concert in order to realize an electric settlement system. A user of the electric settlement system makes a circumstance for receiving a service of the electric settlement system. After drawing an electric document necessary for an electric certification, the electric document is submitted to the EC service provider and is recognized by the service provider. A fund is electronically transferred and is settled using electronic cash.
