PURPOSE: A system for setting questions for remote education and a system for setting a questionnaire using the same are provided to cite or correct existing question information using various sample information. CONSTITUTION: A device for setting questions includes a modem(11), a server(12) and an operator terminal(13) having an input terminal such as a monitor and a keyboard. The server(12) is composed of a web site information storing unit(121), a database(122), a data memory(123) and a service control unit(124) for controlling the whole operation. The web site information storing unit(121) is a memory for storing various screen information of a web site, and the data memory(123) is a memory for temporarily storing various data. The database(122) includes a member information storing unit(122a), a question information storing unit(122b) and a response information storing unit(122c). Here, the question information storing unit(122b) and the response information storing unit(122c) have a table structure. In addition, the service control unit(124) has a graphic user interface module, reads various input screen information from the web site information storing unit(121), and transmits the information to a corresponding subscriber terminal.
