PURPOSE: A membership management method in Internet-based B2B transaction and a system thereof are provided, so that a common information of a corporation is managed by an Internet service provider, an individual information is managed by a manager of a corresponding corporation, a data structure is separated, and a manager manages a corporation information for thereby decreasing a managing load of a purchaser based on a checking function with respect to a corporation information. CONSTITUTION: A service operator receives a corporation member designation request from a member company(310). A request content log is generated(320). A corporation designation content with respect to a personal member who received a corporation member designation request is transmitted to a personal member(330). The personal member receives and checks a corporation designation content(340). When the personal member recognizes a corporation member registration(360), the service operator receives a main and registers a personal member as a corporation member and transmits a personal information changed content to a personal member(370). The service operator transmits a result with respect to the corporation member designation request to the member company(380).
