PURPOSE: A system for automatically accessing the Internet in real time using a portable phone is provided to access the Internet through a generic portable phone in real time, without the necessity of using an Internet phone having a document conversion function. CONSTITUTION: In case that a subscriber searches the Internet using his portable phone(10), a mobile service company(20) transmits desired Internet information to the portable phone(10) in the form of a WML(Wireless Markup Language) document. In other words, in case that the subscriber searches for Internet information through his portable phone(10), the mobile service company(20), as connected with a conversion server part(200) by an HTTP(HyperText Transfer Protocol), receives searched information from the conversion server part(200) as a WML document and transmits it to the portable phone(10).
