PURPOSE: An Internet phone subscriber connecting method using a communication network identification number and an Internet phone service system based on the same are provided to offer various Internet phone additional services by an address translation according to a condition when connecting to a call. CONSTITUTION: Internet phone gateway systems(119,120) and an Internet phone service control system(121) support conversation between Internet phones(140-142,144,158,160, 162,163) including Internet phone local gateways(147-150,154-156) connected to Internet networks(151,152) connected to mobile communication networks(109,110) including an IMT2000 and a PCS, PSTNs(103,104) including a B-ISDN and an ISDN, a WLL network, and a powerline network through gateways(105,106,111,112,117,118) and Internet phone gateway systems(119,120). The Internet phone gateway systems(119,120) and the Internet phone service control system(121) support a communication between the Internet phones(140-142,144,158,160,162,163) and public network telephones(101,102,107,108).
