Soil stabilizing agent and method for constructing impervious wall of waste landfill pond using the same

PURPOSE: Provided are complex lining composition for cut-off wall and method for constructing cut-off wall of sanitary landfill using the same. The basic complex lining composition is made by mixing of slag cement and gypsum. Optionally mica, and lime are mixed with the complex lining composition. CONSTITUTION: The method for constructing cut-off wall of sanitary landfill using the complex lining composition includes: (i) excavating landfill; (ii) producing complex lining soil by mixing of above basic complex lining composition and soil produced by excavating; (iii) making lower cut-off layer by paste of above complex lining soil; (iv) making protective layer on the lower cut-off layer by pasting of the complex lining composition containing mica and lime; and (v) making upper cut-off layer by paste of above complex lining soil.
