PURPOSE: A PTAS(Personal Telecommunication Assistance System) is provided to satisfy the optimal internet service by optimizing the data served by a CP(Contents Provider) according to the features of the network transfer and terminal. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber authentication processing module(13) performs the function of processing the authentication for the security and management of the personal data of the subscriber. An operating management module(16) performs the functions of monitoring the system, managing the subscriber's registration, and configuring the network. A personal information storage module(15) stores and deletes the personal data. A subscriber DB(14) stores and manages the personal data of the subscriber. A personal service controller(12), created by the telecommunication processing module, offers the PTAC(50) the optimal data converted according to the features of the network transfer and terminal. A network interface(51) includes a network transfer hierarchy protocol. A profile manager(54) offers the information of the network to the telecommunication processing module in the connection to the PTAS. A data compressor and encryption processor(53) encodes and compresses the personal data for reducing the data quantity and keeping the security. A displayer(52) enables the user to watch the data transferred through the network. A profile editor(55) enables the user to configure directly the optimal data type through a user interface.
