PURPOSE: Provided is a flux cored welding wire suitable to welding of austenite-ferrite stainless steel for chemical plant using seawater as cooling water. CONSTITUTION: The flux cored welding wire for dual phase stainless steel is characterized in that a flux comprising C 0.02-0.10%, Si 0.10-1.0%, Mn 1.0-3.0%, Cr 15-35%, Ni 7.0-12.0%, Mo 1.5-3.5%, N 0.02-0.2%, Nb 0.02-0.2% and slag forming agent 0.5-5.6%. The amount of flux cored in sheath is 15-35wt.% based on the total weight of flux core wire. In the constituents of the flux cored wire, each constituents satisfies following inequalities: 1.5={(Cr+Mo+1.5Si+0.5Nb)/(Ni+0.5Mn+30C+30N)}=2.3, 25= PREN(Cr+3.3Mo+16N)=45.
