PURPOSE: An electronic commerce on the Internet is provided to give the user a chance to purchase goods at an exceptional price and to maximize internet advertising for the sponsoring companies by having the sponsors supply discounted items for a discount sales at different time slots on one web-site. CONSTITUTION: The method of electronic business and commerce includes a user terminal(10) logging the user on to the sales service provider on the web, a sales providing web-site(20), and an Internet communications network(30) to connect the user terminal and the sales provider. The method comprises of the user browsing and shopping for the sales items at that particular time slot, selecting a sponsoring company promoting a discount sales at the time, securing the qualification for the sales event, and the webmaster posting the name of the sponsoring company and the list of sales products and selecting or drawing the prize winner out of the users.
