PREPARATION METHOD OF POLYESTER STRETCHED FILAMENT AND POLYESTER STRETCHED FILAMENT PRODUCED BY THE METHOD

PURPOSE: A process of preparing polyester twisted yarn by performing twisting treatment under the condition without applying heat after blending two kinds of polyester filaments is provided. Whereby, the obtained yarn generates no dyeing difference between core yarn and sheath yarn during dyeing. CONSTITUTION: A filament yarn having elongation higher than that of a core yarn and containing 2 to 4% by weight of TiO2 as a sheath yarn and a polyester filament yarn as a core yarn are subjected to air intermingling and twisting under the condition without applying heat. The twisted yarn can obtain excellent drape properties and dry touch feeling during weaving and knitting of processed yarn.
