PURPOSE: A system for a cyber sale and distribution of cosmetics is provided to enable each member store to charge with a sale and a service through a networked intranet server system of a commodity ordered by a user through the Internet, to enable the member stores to perform a bundle purchase in each manufacturing company, and to enable the manufacturing companies to deliver an amount ordered by the member stores. CONSTITUTION: An intranet server(10) is operated by being linked with an Internet web site(15). A cosmetics manufacturing company client(20) manufactures predetermined cosmetics. A member store client(30) is networked with the intranet server(10) and orders cosmetics to the intranet server(10) for buying cosmetics. A user client(40) connects to the Internet web site(15) linked with the intranet server(10), and orders cosmetics and pays the price thereof. The intranet server(10) collects a buying order of the member store client(30) and a commodity order of the user client(40), and orders cosmetics to the cosmetics manufacturing company client(20) for buying cosmetics. The member store client(30) pays one's ordered price to the cosmetics manufacturing company client(20). The cosmetics manufacturing company client(20) delivers the corresponding cosmetics to the member store client(30). The member store client(30) delivers cosmetics corresponding to the user client(40) in accordance with a delivery instruction of the intranet server(10).
