PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal device having a function to receive FM supplementary broadcast and an FM supplementary broadcast service method and system using the same, are provided to have a built-in radio tuner and a supplementary broadcast receiving module in the mobile communication terminal device, so that users can get desired information at a low cost regardless of capacity of a communication line. CONSTITUTION: A display unit(1170) is included. A radio tuner(1310) receives radio broadcast signals including FM supplementary broadcast signals. An FM supplementary broadcast signal decoder(1320) decodes the FM supplementary broadcast signals provided from the radio tuner(1320) and outputs the decoded FM supplementary broadcast signals. A controller(1150) controls the display of the FM supplementary broadcast signals decoded in the FM supplementary broadcast signal decoder(1320) to the display unit(1170) by a predetermined code value or by an operating program of a mobile communication terminal unit.
