PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a cyber branch through the Internet banking are provided to supply various financial services by opening a cyber branch as an imaginary branch bank on the Internet and systematically manage the customer as a marketing target of the cyber branch. CONSTITUTION: The internet baking processing part(10) includes a banking system part(11) consisting of a banking system DB part and a banking system server. The banking system part transfers the full documents of a transaction to the accounting processing part(20) in order to smoothly process the transaction of the customer and connects to a banking connection part(21) by using a X.25 communication program. A cyber branch part comprises a cyber branch DB and a cyber branch server. The cyber branch part(12) has an independent role as a branch bank, provides the financial services to the Internet using customer and performs a marketing activity, and is capable of making a new account and deleting an account. Reflecting the characteristic of the Internet banking, whenever the customer visits the cyber branch part, the point number of the customer is accumulated and managed.
