PURPOSE: A method for operating a B2B(Business TO Business) electronic commerce portable site is provided for purchase companies to easily obtain voice information for desired goods and services through voice homepages for B2B electronic commerce. CONSTITUTION: If a user accesses a voice web server through his communication unit(S10), the web server outputs an operator homepage file in voice(S11). The voice recognition engine of a web server recognizes the user's voice command, judges whether he is a goods and service supplier or a goods and service buyer, and outputs a goods and service supplier file or a goods and service buyer file in voice according to a result(S12-S14). The web server outputs a company introduction, a person in charge, and a contact point in voice in case that the user executes retrieval using a company name(S15,S16). Also, if a call signal is inputted, the web server connects the user with the person in charge(S17). In case that the user inputs a query like the name of an article, etc., the web server outputs a list of articles and service details by companies and connects him with a person in charge of each article or service(S18,S19).
