PURPOSE: A process of preparing mixed paper consisting of a single layer or a double layer comprising synthetic pulp and natural paper is provided. Whereby, the mixed paper has excellent air and moisture permeability and suitable water holding capacity, reduces working time and manpower, and is reusable. CONSTITUTION: In manufacturing the titled mixed paper, 20 to 40% by weight of one or two or more natural pulps is mixed with 80 to 60% by weight of one or more synthetic pulps selected from the group consisting of polyethylene, polypropylene and polyester and then surface-treated with a calendar press roll. The mixed paper has a total basis weight of 30 to 150g/cm¬2.
