Device for cutting and taking the dyed textile sample in high-temperature/high-pressure dyeing machine

PURPOSE: A sampling apparatus of a high temperature and high pressure dyeing machine is provided to reduce energy consumption and working hours, and to improve working efficiency by picking a sample in a dyeing tub promptly and safely at high temperature and high pressure during dyeing. CONSTITUTION: An open and shut unit(10) is installed at the side of a dyeing tub(2) of a high temperature and pressure dyeing machine to open and close the dyeing tub. A hermetic pipe(30) having an opening door is mounted at the side of the open and shut unit to connect through the open and shut unit to the dyeing tub. A main cylinder(C2) is installed in the hermetic pipe, and a sampler(50) is mounted in the end of an axial rod(52) of the main cylinder. A sample is picked from dyeing goods(70) in the dyeing tub. The dyeing state is checked with sampling the dyeing goods promptly and safely at high temperature and high pressure. Working hours and energy consumption are reduced, and working efficiency is improved.
