Clean liquefaction method and apparatus for food waste using aerobic and breathable anaerobic microbial fermenter

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for disposing food wastes into clean liquid by dissipation using a fermenting agent consisting of aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganisms MDG200 (KFCC-11204), thereby effectively and economically disposing food wastes and solving environmental contamination caused by them. CONSTITUTION: The fermenting agent MDG200 is manufactured by mixing Bacillus Amylo-liquefaciens, Bacillus lentimobus, Bacillus subtilis and Saccharomyces cerevisiae in a mixing ratio of 1:1:1:1. The method for disposing food wastes is characterized by stirring and dissipating food wastes at regular temperature by using the fermenting agent with providing oxygen through a pipe.
