UNFLEXIBLE EXPANDING CORE AND ITS ELIMENTS

PURPOSE: A flexible pipe for pulling out is provided to reduce a producing cost by minimizing size of the flexible pipe and to prevent a crack of the flexible pipe while expanding. CONSTITUTION: A flexible pipe is formed of a core tubular dividing a circumference of a body around a frame. A bridge of the core tubular prevents a crack caused by separating the divided core tubular while extending the flexible pipe. The core tubular contains a hanger to prevent the flexible pipe from being separated from an optimal diameter while extending the flexible pipe. The hanger is arranged on the bridge of the core tubular. A spring hanger maintains balance between the core tubular and the bridge by receiving resilient force. The spring hanger is mounted on the bridge of the core tubular to conveniently assemble the flexible pipe. Thereby, the flexible pipe reduces a producing cost by minimizing size of the flexible pipe.
