Method of Particleboard by wasted low pressure melamin and phenol laminate and manufactured particeboard by wasted serap in short-cycle pressing of laminate

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing particle board is provided by even replacing general urea resins useful for the particle board with waste melamine and waste phenol resin paper floor to provide a substantially equal bending strength of the board. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises combining 8-13 parts of urea resin/melamine resin and/or phenol resin and 0.1-5 parts of other additives relative to 100 parts of wood micro particles. Any one of scraps generated from old and non-available low-pressure melamine paper floor, melamine paper floor or phenol paper floor, melamine resin-impregnated paper, urea resin and melamine resin-impregnated paper or phenol resin-impregnated paper is finely ground by a common crusher, then added to the wood micro particles in an amount of 0.1-5 parts based on 100 parts of the particles.
