PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing zinc sulfate, manganese sulfate and ferrous sulfate from electric furnace dust of a steelmaking plant and ferromanganese is provided which further improves economic utility value of electric furnace dust by using ferromanganese and electric furnace dust containing 25% of iron and 25% of zinc as raw materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing zinc sulfate zinc using electric furnace dust comprises a first process of forming sulfate in the solution by reacting the mixture for 2 to 3 hours after injecting electric furnace dust containing 25% of iron and 25% of zinc into an aqueous sulfuric acid solution; a second process of separating the solidified material by injecting oxygen, potassium permanganate or hydrogen peroxide into the sulfate formed electric furnace dust solution, thereby oxidizing iron so as to form the oxidized iron into a settling solidified material; a third process of separating the crystallized material by injecting 0.5 to 1.0% of zinc powder into the iron separated solution, thereby reducing heavy metals such as Pb and Cd so as to form the reduced heavy metals into a settling crystallized material; and a fourth process of obtaining zinc sulfate through the processing step of cooling or drying the iron and heavy metal removed solution. The method for manufacturing ferrous sulfate comprises the processing step of cooling or drying the resulting material by reducing and filtering the materials obtained after reacting iron contained slurry with an aqueous sulfuric acid solution.
