PURPOSE: To provide a control information management method, a control object control method, a recording medium, a control information management server, and a control information management system which collectively manage registered control information and change control information, according to change information and control a control object according to control information. CONSTITUTION: A control information management server 10 generates control information, which controls a control object 15, on the basis of an instruction from a user and collects change information, which should change the control information, and changes control information on the basis of this change information and transmits control information via a communication network 20. A household electrical appliance controller 14 receives transmitted control information and selects the control object 15, corresponding to the received control information and controls the selected control object 15, on the basis of received control information. The server 1 and the controller 14 are provided to collectively manage registered control information, to change control information, based on change information, and to control the control object according to control information.
