METHOD FOR PROCESSING RECEIVED CALL IN CONFERENCE MODE BETWEEN MS AND MSC

PURPOSE: A method for processing receiving calls in a cellular phone and a mobile switching center during a conference mode is provided to inform the mobile switching center of a set conference mode of the cellular phone, and to automatically convert a receiving mode of the cellular phone into a vibration mode to receive text messages only, so as to confirm urgent text messages as preventing unnecessary calls. CONSTITUTION: A controller responds to a conference mode of a cellular phone(300). The controller sets the conference mode in the cellular phone, and informs a mobile switching center of the conference mode through a base station(302). The controller converts a cellular phone mode into a vibration mode(304). The controller checks whether a call is received in the cellular phone(306). If so, the controller rejects the call(308). If the call is not received, the controller checks whether a text message is received(310). If so, the controller informs a user of the text message with vibrations or lamp lighting(312).
