PURPOSE: A method for providing an Internet advertisement and result is provided to increase the effectiveness of an advertisement by enabling a user to become a member without moving to other web pages on a window for the advertisement, and by continuously exposing the advertisement to the user. CONSTITUTION: In case that a user connects to a web page provided from a web server through a user terminal(S402), an Internet banner advertisement is provided through an advertisement server(S404). A log file of the user is transmitted and stored to the advertisement server. Data inputted from the user are transmitted to the web server(406). Data on interaction between the user and the advertisement are stored and analyzed in an interaction analyzing unit(S408). A result analyzed is provided to an advertiser or an advertising agency(S410).
