PURPOSE: A method and a system for providing a venture company stocks exchange system are provided to enable a user to exchange the stocks each other by finding out an exchange partner with a direct search or automatically finding out an exchange partner according to the previously inputted search condition. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a connector, an interface, an operating system, an Internet protocol, a WWW server, a stocks exchange room executer(110), a DB manager(150), a member DB(120), a stocks DB(130), an a 1:1 dealing DB(140). The system includes an exchange server(100) storing and managing the personal information of members, a selling exchange condition information and a buying exchange condition information, offering the information for exchanging stocks, an automatic search function, and a 1:1 dealing room, and offering a stock exchange room receiving the exchange information, an exchange intermediation request and an exchange request, a plurality of user system(200), a payment system(500) deciding the payment request and the approval of payment by analyzing the user information provided from the user system, and a computer network(300).
