PURPOSE: A portable non-contact non-destruction laser instrument for inspecting deformation and shape is provided to measure the deformation and the three-dimensional shape of an object without contact and destruction, to make use convenient, and to make conveyance possible. CONSTITUTION: A portable non-contact non-destruction laser instrument comprises an optical guide cable(100), an optical guide cable fixing device(110) for combining the optical guide cable, beam splitters(200,200') for splitting a laser beam guided by the optical guide cable, mirrors(220,220') for reflecting the split beams, light diffusing mirrors(230,230') for diffusing the beams reflected on the reflecting mirrors, piezoelectric translators(240,240') for controlling the mirrors by expanding upon voltage application, light diffusing concave mirrors(250,250') for diffusing beams to measure a three-dimensional shape, linear motors or piezoelectric elements(260,260') for moving the concave mirrors horizontally, a photocoupler(210) for combining the reflected beams and the object beam transmitted through a zoom lens(270'), and a CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera(270). Through the image formed in the CCD camera, the shape and the deformation of an objected are detected without contact and destruction.
