PURPOSE: A stocks information service system providing a function of confirming a leading stock in the stocks market is provided to easily confirm whether a stock possessed by a user has a characteristic of leading stock or not in real time by displaying the leading stocks forming a theme during a specific duration by a category and company graph. CONSTITUTION: The stocks exchange server(400) transmits a daily stock price index data, a daily category index data and a daily company index data for the Korea stock exchange and KOSDAQ(Korea Securities Dealers Automated Quotation) to a leading stock confirming server(300) in a regular time interval through the Internet(100). After connecting to the leading stock confirming server, a connecting client(200) sets up a stock kinds to be confirmed and period and requests a confirmation to the confirming server. The confirming server includes a leading stock confirming device executing the leading stock confirming server for the connecting client through the Internet.
