A METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING A VOICE-MAIL USING A MAIL CLIENT PROGRAM AND A COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM WHEREIN A PROGRAM OF THE METHOD IS STORED

PURPOSE: A voice mail sending method using a mail client program and a recording media storing the program thereof are provided to enable a user to easily make a voice mail, to reduce the network loads for sending the voice mail and to enable a receiver to easily check the voice mail. CONSTITUTION: The method comprise a terminal(110) of a mail sender willing to make a voice mail, a transmitting mail server(130) executing a mail transmission by connecting to the sender terminal, a receiving mail server(180) transmitting the mail transmitted from the transmitting mail server to an appointed receiver terminal(160) by connecting to the transmitting mail server through a network, and a voice file server(150) storing the voice file relating to the sent/received mail by connecting to the transmitting and receiving mail server. A transmitting mail server program(135) is installed to the transmitting mail server and a transmitting mail client program(115) is installed to the sender terminal. A receiving mail server program(185) is installed to the receiving mail server and a receiving mail client program(165) is installed to the receiver terminal.
