PURPOSE: A system for providing group information in wireless Internet environment and an operating method therefor are provided to receive information to a group operated on a wired Internet through a mobile communication terminal using a wireless Internet, process received information as specific information, and offer specific information using the wireless Internet. CONSTITUTION: A wired terminal(60) of a user transmits information of a member to an operator-side wired web server(50), and has a web browser for retrieving service information set in an operator side, information of the member in a group, and bulletin board information. The operator-side wired web server(50) transmits subscribing information transmitted through the wired terminal(60) to a group information providing wired web server(70). The group information providing wired web server(70) stores member information transmitted from the operator-side wired web server(50) in a data storing device(74), and retrieves member information in the group and bulletin board information of the group stored in the data storing device(74) and retransmits retrieved information when a data access signal is generated on the basis of retrieval information. A mobile communication terminal(40) retrieves member information in the group and bulletin board information of the group stored in the data storing device(74) through a group information providing wireless web server(72) and uploads retrieved information. The group information providing wireless web server(72) provides member information in the group and bulletin board information of the group stored in the data storing device(74) when the data access signal is generated on the basis of retrieval information from the mobile communication terminal(40), extracts data among bulletin board information inputted by the user, and stores the extracted data in the data storing device(74).
