PURPOSE: A rotor of a high fast induction motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reinforce rigidity for resisting the excessive centrifugal force during high fast operation as well as to effectively simplify the manufacturing process of the induction motor. CONSTITUTION: A rotor core(1) is formed by laminating a plurality of silicon steels and then forcedly fitting into a shaft(20). A plurality of rotor bars(27) are formed by die-casting conductors in predetermined positions of the rotor core(1). End rings connect the rotor bars in both ends of the rotor core to form one circuit. Bearing bushes(22) are forcedly fitted into both sides of the rotor core for supporting the shaft. A shaft mount groove and a plurality of rotor bar mount grooves around the shaft mount groove are formed on the rotor core(1). Conductors are die-cast in the grooves to assemble the shaft and rotor bars to the rotor core.
