PURPOSE: A water-saving type anti-frozen water meter is provided to prevent a water meter from being frozen to burst by freezing a water meter and to save water by preventing a large quantity of raw water from flowing into soil. CONSTITUTION: The water-saving type anti-frozen water meter for preventing a water meter from being frozen to burst by discharging remaining water in a water meter using a mandrel, an operating hole and a bimetal spring on the part of a water gauge saves water by applying energy of a bimetal alloyed steel spring having excellent accuracy and sensibility to the spring, then discharging water in the water meter automatically at 1-2 deg.C according to a variation of temperature, wherein an outlet is closed automatically according to a variation of water temperature at 5-6 deg.C as the mean temperature in the wintertime and operated sensitively at 3-4 deg.C.
