PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing lining waterproof agent reinforced with waterproof elastic glass fabric, which can be used in concrete, ALC(autoclaved lightweight concrete), gypsum board, and etc. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) mixing 5-20 parts by weight of wasted styrofoam solution in toluene into 100 part of unsaturated polyester resin, (ii) successively mixing 0.5-1% of cobalt stimulator and 1-2% of hardener(MEKPO) into the mixture from the step(i), and (iii) lining the mixture from the step(ii) along with glass fabric on surface of article to be treated.
