PURPOSE: A power generating technique is provided to allow the solar light collecting plate to easily change its direction in accordance with the position of sun, while generating a large amount of electrical energy by using both heat and solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A solar light collecting system is characterized in that the solar light collecting plate having a high degree of slope is installed at the edge of the system and solar light collecting plate having a low degree of slope is installed at the center of the system. Thus, the solar light is refracted in proportion to the angle of slope of solar light collecting plate after incidence, and focused to the point beneath the center of the solar light collecting system. Each solar light collecting plate has a plane surface with a slope, and the light is refracted at the same angle at any place in the light solar light collecting plate. Since all solar light collecting plates refract light toward the same point, the solar light collecting plates serve as a lens for collecting light.
