Concrete transport pipeline blow-out protection system in a pump car

PURPOSE: A system is provided to prevent the breakage of a concrete transportation conduit of a pump car by rapidly solving the blocking problem of the conduit as soon as detecting the blocking thereof at a specific region. CONSTITUTION: In a conventional pump car composed of a vertical conduit(22) and a horizontal conduit(21) connected with each other through an elbow(40), a transportation pressure detecting device(10), for converting a transportation pressure of not-cured concrete into a physical quantity before transmitting it, is mounted in the inner wall around the one end of the vertical conduit to be coupled with the elbow, and a pressure sensor of the transportation pressure detecting device is connected with an electronic control device having plural alarm systems in a pump car so as to allow a worker to rapidly recognize the excess of an acceptable pressure via an alarm and a buzzer.
