PURPOSE: An ATM based wideband signal network connection system in an IMT-2000 core network circumstance is disclosed to provide an intelligence network service and a mobile multimedia related additional service development circumstance based on a wideband signal network system and an intelligence network. CONSTITUTION: A CCS No. 7 related protocol layer group(30) provides a CCS No.7 circuit related protocol standard and a CCS No. 7 line-B related protocol standard. An ATM interface layer(20) processes the data from the CCS No. 7 related protocol layer group(30) to a cell unit and provides a VC management function between ATTs forming IMT-2000 core network. An ATM physical layer(10) performs 155 Mbps transmission function of an ATM cell on a physical transmission medium. An API(40) provides various wideband application development circumstance using a CCS No.7 circuit related protocol and a CCS No. 7 line-B protocol. A stack management/layer management section(50) controls and manages a layer status of each protocol which forms the CCS No. 7 related protocol layer group(30). An MUI system(60) provides set and control functions of a protocol by layers which form CCS No. 7 related protocol layer group(30).
