PURPOSE: A network system for exchanging a valuable index or introducing the valuable index as a paying unit is provided to increase an opportunity of a property value enlargement by obtaining many valuable indexes, thereby actualizing a provisional expectation profit and to enhance an economic use by inserting a valuable index into an object economy. CONSTITUTION: An infra of a network is constructed based on the Internet of a wire or wireless method. A two-way communication is achieved between a participator system(100) and a vendor system(200), and between the vendor system(200) and a financial institution system(300). The participator system(100) transmits data related to a member registration with respect to the vendor system(200), a vendor system connection as a participator, and response input as execution data with respect to a question of the vendor system(200)(110). The vendor system(200) transmits data related to a member joining approval with respect to the participator system(100) and a question transmission as a participator(120). The vendor system(200) transmits the final allotment record created as a result of a predetermined process with respect to the financial institution system(300)(210). The financial institution system(300) transmits data for confirming a receipt of the data(220).
