PURPOSE: An assembly and connection apparatus of an artificial fish reef using a waste electric pole is provided to improve the efficiency of construction of the artificial fish reef, thus reducing the period of construction, and to facilitate the carrying and the falling of the fish reef. CONSTITUTION: The artificial fish reef fabricated by using a high strength waste electric pole is assembled by first inserting a bolt(2) into a space defined along an axial direction of plural linear members(1) formed by cutting the waste electric pole into an appropriate length; connecting a bracket(3,3a) to both ends of the linear member; and fixing them by using the bolt and a nut(4a).
