A method of manufacturing single body type concrete platform for bridge inspection and maintenance

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a bridge testing station in a blade type and an integrated concrete form to close to slab structure and pot shoe device of a bridge to test and/or inspect function, aged state and/or possible defects by preparing integrated form of a head of bridge intersection angle and a testing station. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of extending and installing a support groove from head portion(1) of a bridge intersection angle up to a testing route; arranging a cast and reinforcing bars of a testing station(2) simultaneously with the head(1); mounting a block out PVC pipe for setting a handrail(7) at outer side of the testing station(2); introducing concrete into the head integrated with the testing station; introducing again the concrete after 40 minutes into the head to prevent the concrete side of the station from projecting; introducing mortar as a protection concrete(3) at lower portion of the handrail(7); forming a drainage groove by removing the protection concrete for draining the concrete by 30cm space; and forming another groove(6) at bottom end of the testing route to prevent rain water from flowing into the intersection part.
