PURPOSE: Provided is a narcotic mouth instrument for dental treatment which is formed in a mouthpiece form to make ease of wearing and narcotizing so that it improves efficiency of treatment. CONSTITUTION: The narcotic mouth instrument for dental treatment comprises the parts of: a mouthpiece-typed narcotic part(1) which includes an insertion part(2), that is made of a compound wherein silicone as main component and gold or silver are mixed; a thermal line(3) which is formed in forming the narcotic part; a coating part(6) which is placed in the interior side of the insertion part to coat narcotic; and a controller which is connected to the thermal line to adjust temperature.
