Multi tube heat exchanger using static mixer and it's element

摘要

PURPOSE: A multi-pipe heat exchanger using element of static mixer is provided to minimize loss occurring when fluid of low temperature gets heat fluid of high temperature loses. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of high temperature fluid pipes(2), with static mixers(2-1) built in, are installed in a heat exchanger(1). High temperature fluid in the high temperature fluid pipes is evenly mixed by the static mixers and discharged through a high temperature fluid outlet. Elements(3-1) of static mixers, smaller than the static mixers built in the high temperature fluid pipes, are installed in a space between an inside of the heat exchanger and outer walls of the high temperature fluid pipes to accelerate mixture of fluid in a low temperature fluid passage(3). The low temperature fluid absorbs heat discharged from the high temperature fluid pipes and discharged through a low temperature fluid outlet.
