PURPOSE: A system and method for processing an XML/EDI(Extensible Markup Language/Electronic Data Interchange) for performing businesses between companies is provided to reduce the generation of errors by providing an EDI service to users who can't use the EDI service owing to the problem of expenses in the form of XML, and by converting paper documents into electronic documents. CONSTITUTION: A B2B processing server(20) includes a web service processing unit(201), an extraction processing unit(202), a mapper connection processing unit(203) and a storing unit(204). The web service processing unit(201) makes out an EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) document according to a request of an external web browser user connecting through a network and confirms errors of the document. In addition, the web service processing unit(201) transmits the EDI document to the user. The mapper connection processing unit(203) receives and confirms the EDI document from the outside. The extraction processing unit(202) analyzes and extracts the request for processing the EDI document transmitted through the web service processing unit(201) or the mapper connection processing unit(203).
