PURPOSE: Provided is a method for dyeing a nylon/spandex knit fabric capable of preventing lowering of fastness properties, in particular, resistance to light, washing and sweat. Whereby, the fabric can be widely used as an outer garment and undergarment. CONSTITUTION: A nylon/spandex knit fabric comprising a nylon single yarn having a fineness of 0.5 to 1 denier and a spandex having a total fineness of 20 to 40 denier is scoured with an anionic scouring agent and then subjected to ultraviolet light screening treatment with 3 to 7% by weight of a benzotriazole-based ultraviolet absorbing agent.
