INSTALLATION METHOD FOR SPECIAL LINING COATED WATER PURIFICATION PLANT

PURPOSE: An installation method for a special lining coated water purification plant is provided to restrain the appearance of dregs in a water purification plant and to clean up a water purification plant simply and smoothly. CONSTITUTION: The installation method for a special lining coated water purification plant comprises the steps of: forming inclined drainage ways(5,5') by digging many grooves and spreading gravel on the bottom of a concrete structure(2); erecting many perforated drain pipes(6,6') around the concrete structure(2) to prevent an inflow of the outside substance and hydraulic pressure; forming lining coating parts(12,12') to the inner and outer upper sides of a water purification plant(1) by applying primer to the concrete structure(2), then spreading F.R.P(fiberglass reinforced plastic) mats, applying unsaturated polyester resins, then drying and driving anchor nails; if driving anchor nails hollow out or the water capacity of the water purification plant is excessive, re-spreading fiberglass reinforced plastic mats, applying unsaturated polyester resins, then drying; after drying completely, applying gel coat to form a special lining coating layer.
