PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition having flexibility, heat resistance, and abrasion resistance of polyurethane, as well as rigidity of nylon. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition is formed by adding a small amount of additives to 10-90 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 10-90 parts by weight of at least one selected from nylon resin or glycol modified terephthalate copolymer resin(PETG), and 10-50 parts by weight of at least one compatibilizer selected from maleic anhydride graft copolymer or polyester TPE, and roll mixing and extruding the mixture.
